The last 13/4/19 was officially launched BUBBLES FROM THE HIGHT WINERY (BURBUJAS DE ALTURA)
At this launching everyone could taste the SPARKLING WINE BURBUJAS DE ALTURA (BUBBLES FROM THE HIGHT) as also the still wine ¨TINQUIAO¨ (¨TIPSY¨)
Remarkable is that BURBUJAS DE ALTURA is the first Sparkling Wine (champagne, which real and correct name is Sparkling Wine) from Cafayate and from Calchaquí Valley, been the first and unique winery that elaborates with the TRADITIONAL method (or champenoise) and with the TORRONTÉS grape Variety in Cafayate or Calchaquí Valley
Friends, Tourism Agents, hotels, Restaurants and Suppliers have been present
TINQUIAO and BURBUJAS DE ALTURA were introduced ¨in society¨ by the Family Company with their members (fathers and children)
Firstly, we tasted the wines TINQUIAO (TIPSY) (MALBEC, CABERNET FRANC, CABERNET SAUVIGNON and TORRONTÉS), and with BURBUJAS DE ALTURA we had a nice ¨cheers¨
All the members of the family had made a sensitive speech and closed the opening with a real ¨sambrage¨ (sword cut)
